HireHawk is looking for a Demand Planner to take full ownership of replenishment planning for a US-based beauty product portfolio. You will translate sales data, inventory, and purchase orders into decisions that fulfill demand while optimizing cash flow and reducing overstock.
What You'll Do
- Own demand planning across the full assortment, including core products and new launches.
- Monitor and analyze on-hand inventory, purchase orders, sell-through rates, and sales trends by channel and SKU.
- Build replenishment plans and recommend when to open, increase, or adjust purchase orders.
- Create purchase orders and manage all related documentation.
- Track production and delivery timelines from start to finish.
- Coordinate multi-step manufacturing timelines, including components moving between factories.
- Partner with Operations to ensure accurate ETAs, lead times, and inventory projections.
- Maintain forecasting tools, reporting, and inventory planning dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Replenishment.
- Experience supporting a US-based e-commerce brand.
- Strong understanding of lead times, MOQ constraints, sell-through forecasting, and purchase planning.
- Comfortable creating and managing purchase orders directly.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and forecasting models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product teams, and external factories.
- Strong ownership mindset and the initiative to proactively analyze data and situations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consumer goods, with a strong preference for this background.
- Consumer goods manufacturing experience involving components, packaging, or multi-vendor production.
- Experience with inventory tools like NetSuite, Cin7, ShipBob, Shopify, or similar.
- Experience managing product launches and seasonal forecasting.

You will work closely with an Operations Analyst and report directly to the VP of Operations.
Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation range: $1000 - $1500 USD.
