EvenUp is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to be pivotal in driving our company's growth. You will establish and scale the foundations of our demand generation function, shaping pipeline generation by creating innovative, data-driven campaigns. As part of our mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI, you'll work with a high-impact team backed by top-tier investors.
What You'll Do
- Build and own multi-channel campaign strategies across email, paid, social, web, events, and outbound sequences.
- Analyze digital campaign performance to uncover insights, optimize creative and targeting, and forecast future opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute targeted nurture programs that convert leads to opportunities, improving funnel performance at every stage.
- Own reporting and analytics for campaigns, providing granular performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute initiatives and align strategies with sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign management.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for campaign optimization and innovation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sendoso) and CRM systems.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting campaign needs, including inventory management for physical campaigns.
Nice to Have
- Preferably experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Background in working with finance teams for budget alignment and cost management a plus.
- Experience in direct mail programs, including vendor management and testing creative strategies preferred.
