At Candid Health, we're hiring a Demand Generation Manager (ABM) to lead our strategic growth initiatives. Your core mission will be to design, launch, and scale the account-based growth engine targeting our most valuable enterprise prospects. You'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of personalized, account-centric campaigns to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and deepen engagement.
What You'll Do
- Define and operationalize the account-based marketing strategy across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on target account lists, buying groups, and expansion opportunities.
- Develop account segmentation frameworks and prioritize accounts based on ICP fit, intent, and revenue potential.
- Create highly tailored, multi-channel campaigns for strategic accounts, including personalized content, targeted advertising, sales outreach sequences, and executive events.
- Translate Sales insights and account plans into marketing programs that support prospecting, nurture, and deal acceleration.
- Own pipeline contribution from ABM and demand programs, including new account engagement, MQL → SQL conversion, and opportunity influence.
- Build and track clear KPIs tied to revenue outcomes.
- Serve as the marketing counterpart to Sales for enterprise and strategic accounts, collaborating on account plans and campaign sequencing.
- Work with Marketing & RevOps to ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and scalable campaign execution across systems.
- Define repeatable ABM playbooks, workflows, and best practices.
- Select, implement, and optimize ABM and demand gen tools.
- Create templates and processes that allow personalization at scale.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years in B2B growth marketing, with deep experience in ABM and demand generation for mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of generating and influencing pipeline through account-centric campaigns.
- Experience working closely with Sales on named accounts and complex buying groups.
- Hands-on experience with modern ABM and demand gen platforms.
- Strong strategic thinker who can also execute with precision.
- Excellent collaborator with the ability to influence Sales, RevOps, and leadership.
- Data-driven and metrics-oriented; comfortable tying programs to revenue impact.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for personalization and storytelling.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $117,000 - $140,000 USD + equity, which is heavily valued in our compensation package.
