Heymarket is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline creation through targeted campaigns. You will own the full lifecycle of demand generation activities, from planning and execution to measurement and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute 2–4 webinars per month, collaborating with the CEO on topics aligned with buyer pain.
- Coordinate speakers, manage landing pages, and own promotion, attendance, follow-up, and post-event reporting.
- Repurpose webinars into sales and content assets.
- Own the LatamCent LinkedIn company page and support founder-led LinkedIn content.
- Build a consistent content cadence tied to sales objections and hiring pain points.
- Run retargeting campaigns for website visitors and webinar registrants.
- Test Google Search campaigns with clear hypotheses and manage small paid demand budgets.
- Track and report spend, leads, and cost per lead; shut down experiments that do not work.
- Join sales calls regularly to understand objections and translate insights into campaigns.
- Work closely with SDRs and AEs to support pipeline creation.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B demand generation experience.
- Proven experience running webinars end-to-end.
- Experience marketing to founders, executives, or senior operators.
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with a CEO.
- Data-driven and honest about results.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- C2 English proficiency strongly preferred.
