Oversee is looking for a Delivery Manager to be part of the team that makes our products come to life. In this role, you’ll coordinate between product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure every integration, configuration, and rollout happens smoothly. You will manage and coordinate delivery projects, from configuration to post-launch hypercare, as part of our mission to reimagine corporate travel.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate delivery projects, from configuration to post-launch hypercare.
- Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Account Management, keeping everyone aligned on timelines, priorities, and next steps.
- Support existing client expansions and smaller internal implementation efforts.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring tools like Jira boards and trackers are always up to date.
- Identify risks and escalate blockers early to keep delivery timelines on track.
- Help ensure that every project delivers a great experience to our clients and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in project or implementation management.
- Travel tech or TMC background as a must, with understanding of GDS/NDC systems, airline workflows, and travel terminology.
- Comfort working in a technical environment, able to follow discussions about APIs, data flows, or configurations.
- Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Wrike.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, no-ego attitude.
- Proactive and resourceful, taking ownership and following up.
- Fluent in English.
