Responsibilities
- Leading a distributed development team, managing software development projects and implementing enterprise-level IT systems
- Manage the process of development, testing and transfer of developed systems or services to commercial operation
- Manage the product life cycle and roadmap, develop proposals for the formation of a product development strategy, development plan and use of technical resources of existing solutions
- Analyzing customer needs, aligning development plans with technical capabilities and available resources
- Interaction with suppliers and contractors (partners), negotiations with contractors, coordination and control of work
- Further support of the sales department in the development and launch of external customers' requirements for product customization (currently the product is internal, with plans for a global launch)
