Mysten Labs is hiring a DeFi Engineer to define, design, and implement native protocols for the Sui ecosystem. We are looking for a self-starter to contribute directly to product development and shepherd ecosystem growth through collaboration and rapid experimentation.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable DeFi protocols.
- Conduct market research to propose new projects.
- Build smart contracts, deploy, and setup backend systems to collect data and monitor performance.
- Shepherd the growth of the larger ecosystem, collaborating with the engineering organization.
- Focus on experimentation and iteration speed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience writing smart contracts.
- Experience with HFT/MM.
- Understands how markets work, how flows work.
- Actively engaged in DeFi trading and following DeFi trends/news.
- Must know what’s the latest on CT (Crypto Twitter).
- Must know the latest developments in other ecosystems, who’s working on what.
