Re7 Capital is hiring a DeFi Business Development professional to support our investment funds and Re7 Labs initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing crypto clients and strategic partners who could benefit from our product suite.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with L1 foundations, DeFi/Crypto/Fintech distribution partners, and crypto whales.
- Source and close new business opportunities across the crypto ecosystem.
- Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to support adoption and growth of our product suite.
- Represent Re7 at industry events through networking, speaking, and relationship building.
- Drive global brand awareness and reputation via promotional events and content generation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business in the crypto industry.
- 3+ years of sales experience across Crypto, TradFi, and/or FinTech.
- Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and influence a network of long-term relationships.
- Strong work ethic, results-focused, with ownership and accountability for consistent results.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or within centralized exchanges, custodians, or fintechs with crypto offerings.
- Experience in DeFi.
