Kobie Marketing is looking for a Decision Science Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You'll be a key contributor in leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate business insights
- Build and validate statistical models to support marketing strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into clear recommendations
- Design and monitor key metrics to measure initiative performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience applying quantitative analysis to solve business problems
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, including experience with predictive modeling
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
