KPMG is looking for a Deal Advisory - Restructuring & Turnaround Intern to join its Advisory services. In this role, you will assist a diverse client base—including multinationals, family-run businesses, private equity funds, and financial institutions—with critical projects like debt restructuring, distressed M&A, and lender advisory to stabilize and transform their businesses.
What You'll Do
- Analyze the financial performance of target companies to identify their actual financial situation.
- Develop financial models and create business plans.
- Conduct independent business reviews of existing business plans.
- Perform Commercial and Operational Due Diligence.
- Support Cost Cutting analysis and Organizational Improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management for finance.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Study and/or work experience abroad.
