KPMG is looking for a Deal Advisory - Restructuring & Turnaround Intern to join its Advisory services. In this role, you will assist a diverse client base—including multinationals, family-run businesses, private equity funds, and financial institutions—with critical projects like debt restructuring, distressed M&A, and lender advisory to stabilize and transform their businesses.

What You'll Do

Analyze the financial performance of target companies to identify their actual financial situation.
Develop financial models and create business plans.
Conduct independent business reviews of existing business plans.
Perform Commercial and Operational Due Diligence.
Support Cost Cutting analysis and Organizational Improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

A specialist degree in business with a focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management for finance.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

Study and/or work experience abroad.
