The Arc of Ocean County is hiring a Day Program Instructor to provide safe, engaging, and meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities in Ocean County. In this role, you will support daily living activities in a supervised setting and facilitate community integration.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities in a supervised setting.
- Provide direct care including personal hygiene, medication administration, and assistance with personal tasks.
- Provide transportation to and from community outings.
- Complete proper electronic documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points.
- At least one year of longevity with a previous employer.
- High School Diploma or GED.
