Jobgether is seeking a Databricks Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced data and AI solutions. You will translate client business requirements into scalable, high-performance architectures and ensure best practices for performance, security, and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures and reference solutions using Databricks.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, assess technical needs, and deliver optimized solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
- Lead complex integration projects across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure best practices for security, operations, and governance.
- Optimize performance of large-scale data processing, streaming, and machine learning workflows.
- Mentor clients and internal teams on data engineering, AI/ML workflows, and Databricks best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful implementations and contribute to market strategy development.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields, with hands-on experience in Databricks.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-native technologies and services.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
- Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines, data lakes, and Dev/Ops practices.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Expertise with big data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Delta Lake.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and customer-facing skills.

- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
