Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to lead the development and optimization of a high-impact financial benchmarking and analytics platform. In this remote US role, you will build scalable data infrastructure using cloud technologies, machine learning, and AI to enable advanced analytics and predictive insights.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise financial benchmarking platform.
- Build scalable data pipelines, integrating multiple financial and operational datasets.
- Develop dashboards and reports using visualization platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, and iMIS.
- Automate workflows and streamline data processing to improve accessibility and reliability.
- Apply AI, machine learning, and analytics methodologies to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities through data products and advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a STEM-related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying data-driven products.
- Strong experience in data engineering, cloud infrastructure management (preferably Microsoft/Azure), and building scalable data pipelines.
- Proficiency in analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques applied to complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, visualization, and automation in enterprise environments.
- Ability to lead full-stack data science projects from engineering to deployment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to leadership.

- Compensation: $102,400 – $146,300
