Delek US Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Data & Technology (IT) Intern focused on Enterprise Applications. This role will provide practical experience in enterprise system lifecycle management and exposure to how technology strategy aligns with business objectives. You will support initiatives that enhance the performance, efficiency, and governance of enterprise systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, support procedures, and technical specifications.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical analysis, and solution design activities for enterprise systems under the guidance of experienced IT professionals.
- Contribute to application rationalization initiatives by inventorying applications, analyzing usage and business value, and identifying consolidation or optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT team members and business stakeholders to translate business needs into system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve system performance, streamline processes, and enhance overall user experience.
- Support quality assurance activities, including test planning, execution, and documentation of results for new implementations and system enhancements.
- Participate in incident management processes, including ticket tracking, coordination, and communication with internal and external support teams.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a similar technology degree.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with good academic standing.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week during the Summer Internship Program.
- Basic knowledge of IT equipment and software.
- Solid software application skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
