RWS TrainAI is hiring a Data Specialist fluent in Dutch to contribute to our global data initiatives. You will be a key part of our team dedicated to preparing high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets in Dutch
- Ensure data quality and integrity for AI training pipelines
- Collaborate with project teams to understand and meet data requirements
- Apply linguistic knowledge to annotate and structure text data
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in Dutch (reading and writing)
- Proven experience with data preparation, cleaning, or analysis
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience working with text data for AI/ML projects
- Basic understanding of data annotation or labeling processes
- Additional language skills beyond Dutch
