EY is looking for a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to deliver machine learning and AI solutions across a mixed project portfolio. This role spans solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement, with a strong focus on building reliable, production-ready AI systems. What You'll Do
- Design and develop machine learning models and AI applications, including generative AI and agent-based solutions.
- Work with data and AI platforms to build, integrate, and refine models and AI components, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
- Implement appropriate ML, GenAI, or agentic approaches depending on the problem, as well as improving and extending existing AI systems.
- Contribute to the delivery of AI solutions by applying MLOps / LLMOps practices such as deployment, versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver practical, high-quality AI solutions that create measurable business value.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer working on production AI solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building AI or ML-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and exposure to generative AI and agent-based AI solutions.
- Experience supporting AI solutions through deployment and operational workflows (MLOps / LLMOps).
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with common machine learning and AI frameworks and libraries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
