Unite America, a non-partisan philanthropic venture fund composed of several legal entities, is seeking a part-time summer Data & Salesforce Intern to assist with systems building and data gathering. The intern will work under the supervision of the Senior Compliance & Operations Manager to extract key information from contracts and documents for Salesforce data migration and system implementation.
What You'll Do
- Compile data and assist with building, implementing, and deploying a new Salesforce system to the larger Unite America team
- Examine various contracts and other data, files, and communications to extract necessary information for Salesforce data migration
- Compile data into various spreadsheets to assist in building a comprehensive system to organize and centralize historical contract data
- Help create a Salesforce environment that contains all historic contracts, answers questions about current contracts, and supports decision-making about future contracts
What We're Looking For
- Strong reading comprehension
- Comfortable working in Google Suite
- High attention to detail
- Ability to 'treasure hunt' to find important information in big documents
Nice to Have
- Denver-based candidates are preferred
- Experience working or learning in a remote environment
