Prime Therapeutics LLC is hiring a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to support business decision making and operations by providing data, reporting, and business intelligence services. You will act as a data and reporting expert for other team members, ensuring access to reliable information that helps people get the medicine they need.

What You'll Do

Develop reporting solutions following internal standards by translating business requirements for multiple reporting platforms.
Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency, and functionality of existing reports.
Facilitate team request intake sessions to collect reporting requirements and determine project prioritization.
Build and maintain reporting, data, and metrics governance processes.
Develop strategic partnerships with various levels of leadership within the organization.
Coach and provide guidance to other team members and clients in the use and interpretation of data.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required.
5 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting.
3 years of SQL experience.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice to Have

Python and Big Query experience.
Business Intelligence consulting experience.
Project management / scrum leading experience.
PBM experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data.
Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts.
Experience using statistical/data analysis and best practices to identify risks and opportunities and define reporting solutions.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $81,000 - $138,000

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
