Alter Domus is hiring a Data Operation Financial Analyst for our Data and Analytics Products group. In this role, you will be part of the Data Operations team, transforming unstructured financial data into structured, digitized formats. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and accuracy of our automatic financial statement data spreading process.

What You'll Do

• Conduct target financial data tagging and quality checks for machine-extracted data.
• Set up rules for automatic financial spreading and perform quality assurance on the outputs.
• Investigate and resolve errors identified by the automatic validation workflow.
• Analyze financial statements to ensure mapping rules are correct and automatic outputs meet quality targets.
• Perform portfolio onboarding and ongoing data extraction workflow processes for clients.

What We're Looking For

• An MBA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1-5 years of experience in fund operations, loan operations, finance, or accounting.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• A strong accounting background and experience analyzing financial statements.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• A CPA or CFA designation.
