You'll be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving decisions that matter. ## 您的职责 • Break down intricate business problems by applying comprehensive data strategy principles across different domains • Run independent workshops with business units, facilitating solutions that directly address their pain points • Lead implementation of robust data governance policies, covering everything from data sharing protocols to PII protection • Spearhead data governance forums to ensure consistent, high-impact oversight • Build out customer, loyalty, and marketing metrics libraries with sophisticated attribute enrichment • Take point on data source identification, quality control monitoring, and metadata management • Define and capture critical business data quality rules for core customer metrics • Support transformation programs that guarantee fast, friction-free access to reliable data • Optimize and lead data hierarchy enrichment and attribution initiatives • Anticipate and communicate downstream data change impacts • Persuasively influence teams to adopt advanced data governance processes ## 您的角色 • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (Master's or professional certification preferred) • 5-7 years experience in data stewardship/analytics, ideally in retail • Deep understanding of customer domain master data and metadata, especially for marketing/commerce contexts • Proven hands-on experience with governance tools like Collibra and Alation • Familiarity with applications/databases such as Stibo, Profisee, and Informatica • Executive-level communication skills with the confidence to present to C-Suite leadership • Exceptional analytical capabilities to extract meaningful insights and craft compelling recommendations
