ABC Legal Services is hiring a remote Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will review and file legal documents utilizing ABC Legal's online platforms and tools. You'll collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and achieve shared goals as our team continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience necessary
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
Nice to Have
- Data entry experience a plus
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
