This role focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for direct-hire positions within the finance and accounting sectors. What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire roles in finance and accounting.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to match them with client opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client hiring managers.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
