Trimble is seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Freight Audit to manage and verify invoice data for global shipping operations. This remote role offers an entry-level opportunity to learn about international logistics and supply chain processes within a technology-driven, purpose-focused team.
What You'll Do
- Navigation through and usage of Freight Audit web platform and supporting tools
- Registering invoices and credit notes in the Freight Audit web platform
- Downloading of invoice data from external database systems
- Collaboration with other operational teams to resolve job-related issues
- Ensure all tasks are handled in compliance with GDPR requirements
- Timely escalate to Team Lead in case the final product of the team cannot be delivered in time
- Guarantee timely updates of the working documentation according to the business requirements
- Optimization and continuous improvement of business processes in close cooperation with the Delivery Expert
- Communicate with other teams via JIRA platform in terms of job requirements
- Communicate with external parties (Clients, Carriers) via Freight Audit web-platforms (Issue Resolution, Help Center)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Auditing/ Logistics / International Economic relations/ Banking and Finance
- Intermediate level of English
