RemoteVA PH is looking for a Data Entry & Review Specialist (POS & Shopify) to manage critical retail data. You'll be responsible for accurate data entry, transaction review, and e-commerce product information management to support daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer data.
- Review POS transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory in Shopify.
- Reconcile POS data with Shopify records and sales reports.
- Assist with daily retail operations data, including orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate basic reports related to sales and inventory.
- Follow data accuracy and quality control standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a retail environment.
- Hands-on experience using POS systems.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
