Responsibilities
- Input and maintain accurate product, customer, and order data in internal systems.
- Manage purchase orders with attention to correct product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor order progress and collaborate with warehouse and logistics personnel for coordination.
- Identify and resolve data inaccuracies, omissions, or inconsistencies in records.
- Produce simple reports, spreadsheets, and visual charts for use by management.
- Schedule and distribute calendar invitations for supply chain-related meetings.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal departments about order updates, issues, or delays.
- Organize and preserve digital documentation to meet compliance and audit requirements.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve accuracy and efficiency in order processing workflows.
