CWA Group Architecture & Interiors is looking for a Data Entry Keyer to play a crucial role in supporting our architectural and planning projects. You will ensure data is accurately entered, maintained, and organized within our systems, which is vital for streamlining operations and aiding in the development of innovative spaces.
What You'll Do
- Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to architectural projects.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of project reports and presentations.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide customer support related to data management.
- Work collaboratively with architects and project managers to gather necessary information.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data entry policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role in an office environment.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with database management and data entry software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
