Work on-site in Royersford, PA, in a full-time role dedicated to transforming paper-based records into secure digital files. This position supports critical information management processes by ensuring documents are accurately scanned, indexed, and stored in compliance with security and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize large volumes of physical records for digitization, ensuring proper sorting and readiness for scanning
- Determine document types and apply correct processing rules based on content and format
- Operate scanning equipment to produce high-quality digital images while following production and quality guidelines
- Enter and index key data from documents into multiple systems with a focus on precision and consistency
- Maintain compliance with internal procedures, confidentiality policies, and client-specific service agreements
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Background in administrative support, data entry, or high-volume processing environments
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 99% accuracy
- Comfort using PCs and common software tools, with strong reading and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain steady performance to meet productivity goals
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds when handling document boxes or supplies
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain Public Trust Clearance — the company provides full support
- U.S. citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required for clearance eligibility
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check is required
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, full-time schedule with shift options available: 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM), 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM), or 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage starts at $18.07, with shift differentials adding $0.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift. Employees who decline benefits may qualify for additional pay of up to $5.09 per hour under the Service Contract Act.
