Anova Care is hiring a Data Entry Clerk focused on Admin Resolution and Payment Processing. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely administrative resolution of accounts and payments while maintaining high customer service standards.
What You'll Do
- Submit request forms for borrowers, such as name changes and status updates.
- Document account findings and maintain detailed records of all updates.
- Verify and validate payment details.
- Monitor payment transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation of reports on payment processing activities.
- Perform general office duties.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience performing general administrative work supporting accounting departments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
