Responsibilities
- Analyze service ticket volume, resolution times, and SLA compliance
- Track technician productivity and utilization rates
- Monitor MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and contract performance
- Evaluate client retention and churn trends
- Support sales pipeline reporting for managed services agreements
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
- Maintain data integrity across CRM and PSA systems
- Automate recurring reporting processes
- Prepare weekly and monthly executive summaries

Compensation
$1,200 – $1,300 per month (Depending on experience)

Remote (Worldwide)
Additional Information
- Applicants: Remote (Candidates preferred from Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize, Colombia, and Mexico)
- Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
