Role Overview
This position is for a mid-level analyst who will take ownership of core analytical functions within growth marketing, user registration, and digital experience measurement. You’ll be central to shaping how performance is evaluated and optimized across key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical efforts across growth, acquisition, and website performance
- Design and implement measurement frameworks for marketing and product initiatives
- Identify root questions behind ambiguous business challenges and structure analyses to address them
- Own analysis from initial scoping through to final delivery and stakeholder review
- Transform technical findings into clear, strategic recommendations
- Guide less experienced analysts through mentorship and collaboration
- Set standards for analytical rigor and promote best practices across the team
- Proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for direction
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing end-to-end analytics projects beyond basic reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills to define and tackle unstructured business questions
- Experience in marketing science, business analytics, or similar analytical roles
- Clear communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical audiences
- A self-starter mindset with high personal accountability
