Zurich Canada is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the potential of AI within our business and communication processes and ensuring the quality and compliance of our AI initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and make transparent the business impact of AI potentials in business and communication processes.
- Develop monitoring frameworks for AI models and agents to ensure quality, stability, and compliance.
- Define and track relevant KPIs to measure the success of automation and AI solutions.
- Analyze data, create meaningful reports, and provide transparency on processes, model performance, and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, IT, and Business Units to support the further development of AI bots and the establishment of Agentic AI.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a good understanding of business and communication processes.
- High cooperation skills and enjoyment working with interdisciplinary teams from Business, IT, and Data Science.
- Successfully completed degree with an analytical focus, e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or (Business) Computer Science.
- Experience in data analysis and confident handling of tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and AI models, particularly in their monitoring and evaluation.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Conversational AI and the automation of communication processes.
