Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish Speaking Online Shopping Advisor to serve as the primary support for Danish-speaking customers throughout their e-commerce journey. You'll leverage your language skills and customer service expertise to deliver a seamless and personalized online shopping experience remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Support Danish-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to boost satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in customer service, especially in an online shopping or e-commerce context.
- A passion for e-commerce and a keen understanding of online shopping preferences.
- Able to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support.
- Familiarity with customer service technology and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing various inquiries effectively.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
