Responsibilities
- Respond to player inquiries in Danish regarding in-game issues

- Maintain accurate records of support cases and resolutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant internal teams
- Ensure timely responses within defined service level agreements
- Communicate game updates and changes to players clearly
- Monitor player behavior for potential violations of game policies
- Report bugs and anomalies to development teams
- Provide feedback on player sentiment and trends
- Assist in localizing support materials for Danish-speaking regions
- Follow security protocols to protect user data
- Collaborate with team members across time zones
- Adapt quickly to new game releases and updates
- Maintain professionalism during high-volume support periods
- Uphold community guidelines in all player interactions
- Use support software to manage and track tickets
- Contribute to improving support processes
- Participate in training sessions for new tools or policies
- Verify account ownership and assist with account recovery
- Educate players on game features and best practices
- Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions
- Work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of game mechanics
