Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking In-Game Support Analyst to provide real-time assistance and support to players. You will troubleshoot in-game issues, communicate game mechanics, and collaborate with the development team to relay player feedback. This is a remote position based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver real-time assistance to Danish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot various in-game issues, helping players resolve technical problems related to gameplay and accounts.
- Document and follow up on player issues within the support ticketing system to ensure effective resolution.
- Communicate with players to explain game mechanics, features, and updates clearly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the development team to relay player feedback and highlight recurring concerns.
- Stay current with the latest game updates, features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance overall player satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to assist players with various technical challenges.
- A passion for gaming and a solid understanding of game mechanics and community dynamics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cater to player needs.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding player support.
