Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Danish Speaking Digital Store Consultant to engage with Danish-speaking customers, providing expert advice and support for their digital shopping experience. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful online interactions in a fully remote role based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and delivering expert advice on digital store offerings.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
- Conduct customer training on navigating and utilizing the digital store platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the digital shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide informed recommendations.
- Promptly resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools utilized in online retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
