About the Role

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking Digital Store Consultant to be the expert voice for Danish-speaking customers navigating their digital shopping experience. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of online interactions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and delivering expert advice on digital store offerings.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Conduct customer training on navigating and utilizing the digital store platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the digital shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to provide informed recommendations.
  • Promptly resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools utilized in online retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

  • Experience preferably within e-commerce or digital retail.
