Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Support professional to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will provide remote support from Greece, acting as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries about products, services, and company policies promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions systematically in our CRM.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions.
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
