Repwest Insurance, a proud part of the U-Haul family of companies, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You'll work as part of a supportive team, assisting customers with our products and services while gaining valuable on-the-job education.

What You'll Do

Assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services.
Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
Move, hook up, clean, and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
Install hitches and trailer wiring.
Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

A valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Stack
