What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to resolve IT-related inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat in Danish.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them in using IT products and services effectively.
- Educate clients on software features, updates, and best practices to enhance user experience.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed customer assistance.
