Mercier Consultancy MD is recruiting a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading Consumer Electronics Brand based in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact, providing support and guidance to customers regarding their electronic products and services.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer electronics products, troubleshooting, and services via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide detailed product information, usage instructions, and technical support.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends and product releases.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics sector.
