Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional support to our Danish-speaking clients. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
