Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Danish Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our online store.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status, product information, and user accounts.
- Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and policy updates to provide accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in customer support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Adaptability to learn new processes and technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is highly desirable.
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and e-commerce systems.
