Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Danish Customer Service Agent to join our team supporting a leading online streaming service. You will provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience. This is a remote work opportunity based in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to account management and technical support.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting issues they encounter while using the platform.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, maintaining a strong focus on excellent service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and facilitate prompt resolutions.
- Stay updated on new features, promotions, and content offerings to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on client-focused service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while solving customer issues.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- A strong interest in online streaming services and entertainment trends.
