About the Role

Atlean World seeks a Danish Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance to ensure they get the most from our products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve their cases.
  • Guide customers on their questions for the best use of the product or service.
  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Danish.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Curiosity about the latest technology.
  • A communication virtuoso with strong interpersonal skills.
  • An empathy expert dedicated to understanding and solving customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
