DACHSER SE is hiring a Customs Declarant to manage Swiss import customs clearance from our Regensdorf location. You will ensure adherence to ZVE regulations while providing direct support to our customers and collaborating with customs authorities.
What You'll Do
- Process Swiss import customs clearance using specialized software in line with ZVE regulations.
- Receive truck drivers, check, and register accompanying transit documents.
- Handle special clearances such as TCH, ZAVV, 13.20A, and Carnet ATA.
- Manage telephone and written customer inquiries.
- Maintain daily contact with customs authorities.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as a customs declarant with a federal specialist certificate or comparable qualification.
- Proven professional experience in the field of customs import.
- Good working knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German.
Nice to Have
- Foreign language skills in English or French are advantageous.
- Interest and willingness to work regularly from 08:00 to 17:00.
