CrowdStrike is hiring a Customer Value Architect to serve as a key partner bridging the gap between a sale and delivered outcomes. In this remote role based in the UAE, you will ensure customers maximise their security investment and grow their relationship with CrowdStrike by driving onboarding, Falcon Flex adoption, and platform value realisation.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding execution and definition of customer success plans.
- Partner with direct sales staff to expand sales within accounts via new or expanded use of Falcon Flex.
- Act as the post-sale primary point of contact for onboarding, activation, Flex consumption, and business value realisation.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales environments to understand customer needs and develop competitive business propositions.
- Achieve renewals via demonstrated realised value and Flex consumption progress.
- Conduct business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact.
- Develop and deliver Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (EQBRs) featuring value realised analyses to accelerate adoption.
- Share adoption insights and value proof-points with allied sales teams to enable cross-sell and upsell.
- Proactively identify and remediate risks to customer success and value realisation.
- Support renewal cycles to minimise customer attrition.
- Be accountable for additional Falcon Flex consumption within a defined sales territory.
- Drive strategic Flex adoption and planning across enterprise accounts.
- Partner with customers to develop and execute adoption roadmaps aligned with their security objectives.
- Monitor and analyse Flex usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities.
- Gain and maintain expert-level knowledge of CrowdStrike’s products, with advanced knowledge in presenting the Falcon Flex model.
- Routinely sell-to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers, including CXO levels.
- Travel as needed to customer and internal meetings or events.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience resolving complex issues creatively.
- Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
- Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
- Complete understanding of the business and technical contexts of key accounts.
- Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership and compels others to get on board.
- Adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
- Functional knowledge of sales methodologies, the sales lifecycle of security software, business value concepts, and CrowdStrike products.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to calculate and communicate ROI metrics.
- Experience with flexible licensing models.
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships.
