SIMPLE | LIFE | JOURNEY is hiring a Customer Support specialist fluent in Swedish to join our international team based in Greece. In this remote role, you will be the direct point of contact for well-known international clients, delivering excellent service through multiple channels and helping to maintain strong brand relationships.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Track and manage cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent the brand with professionalism.
- Build strong, positive relationships with partners and customers.
- Work towards achieving personal and team targets.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Swedish (both written and spoken).
- Good English skills (min. B2 level).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and tech confidence.
- Team spirit, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
