Remote Recruitment is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - International Tech Markets to provide customer support for a UK-based technology company's global clients. You will deliver top-tier customer experiences across international markets by helping users navigate products and resolve queries.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely and effective customer support via email, chat, and ticketing systems, primarily using Zendesk.
- Troubleshoot product issues, guide users through solutions, and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with a diverse, global customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Document common support issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience using Zendesk is essential.
- Background in working with international customers across various time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection are required for this fully remote role.
