About the Role

Trimble is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support and training for our transportation platforms. You'll be the main contact for many customers, managing inquiries through our ticketing system, phone, and email while ensuring smooth customer integration and project coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for platform inquiries and requests via ticketing system, phone, and email.
  • Maintain multiple ticketing queues and mailboxes alongside your team.
  • Take and record incoming phone calls.
  • Provide training for key users and ensure continuous support for system users.
  • Complete the integration of new carriers onto our platforms, communicating interface configurations and coordinating system launches.
  • Work closely with team members across various departments.
  • Handle administrative tasks like preparing internal and external reports or tasks for infrastructure and development teams.
  • Gather customer information and document all interactions through our ticketing tool.
  • Become a primary contact for new and existing customers.
  • Meet deadlines for all assigned projects.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor of Business Administration and/or 2+ years in customer support.
  • Solid understanding of how systems interface with other applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and navigating internet resources.
  • Experience with ERP systems.

You will work closely with other team members across various departments to provide seamless support and service.

  • Compensation range: $43,300-$55,200.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the US or Brazil.
