Nivoda is hiring a Customer Support Executive, Spanish speaking to ensure customers have a seamless journey with our platform. You will be the voice of the customer internally, answering inquiries and handling day-to-day issues while collaborating across departments to build the trusted global marketplace for the jewellery industry.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle day-to-day client issues related to logistics, orders, and website bugs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate with all departments.
- Focus on resolving customer issues and ensuring swift response times.
- Adapt to constant changes in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Stay ahead of the curve with new product releases to deliver the best client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum 2 years experience in online customer support, live chat, and calls.
- Organised and able to multitask across different platforms.
- Proactive and forward thinking.
- Assertive nature and ability to be the voice of the customer when communicating internally.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
