About the Role

Sleek is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team remotely from the Philippines. In this role, you will deliver expert support to clients navigating business incorporation, accounting, and compliance for Hong Kong. You'll ensure a seamless client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up with clients for feedback and document submissions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on speed and clarity.
  • Guide clients through Sleek’s digital platforms for onboarding and document submissions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to business incorporation, accounting, and more, escalating to internal teams when needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Corporate Secretary, Accounting and Tech teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest improvements to workflows or help center content.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • 0–2 years in customer support, with fintech, SaaS, or professional services experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a quiet workspace and stable internet connection for remote work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Hong Kong business regulations (e.g., taxes, company filings).
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills.
